  • Bailey Greenlees

    Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the Field Leadership Team

    Bailey graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Youth and Community Studies and a minor in Social Work. She worked for years as a Young Life Area Director in Austin. When a friend joined Search, Bailey found the ministry resonated with her and joined the team in 2021.

    Bailey Greenlees manages all of Search’s national events such as staff conferences, trainings, and fundraisers. She is also involved as a teacher and writer with Search’s REACH and Formation series. Bailey, her husband, Trey, and their two daughters, live in Fort Worth, Texas

  • John Hopper

    Executive Director of Reach

    Before joining Search in 2016, John spent 16 years as a pastor in Houston and worked in a family real estate business in California. He has always enjoyed helping people think through their questions about God and life and is the author of Questioning God?: Answers to Questions Worth Asking and Giving Jesus Away.

    Along the way, he has earned degrees from Trinity University (B.A., Economics), the University of Houston (M.Ed.), Bethel University (M.A., Transformational Leadership), and Biola University (D.Min.). John also enjoys working up a sweat, especially on the tennis court.

  • Blaine Larsen

    EVP of Ministry

    Blaine Larsen was signed by Sony Music Nashville as a recording artist at the age of 15 and went on to record three studio albums. During his career, Blaine scored eight Top 40 singles on the Billboard country music charts as a solo artist and was a co-writer on George Strait’s hit song “I Gotta Get To You.”

    Blaine moved to Nashville at the age of 20 to continue his music career and was quickly connected with Search Nashville, where he was deeply impacted by this ministry. After 12 years in the music business, he joined Search’s staff in Nashville in 2012. He is a current PhD student in Theological Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he previously earned a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL, 2018). He lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife, Sammie, whom he married in 2005, and their three children.

  • Nick Manos

    Area Director – Dallas

    Nick is a graduate of Dallas’ Lake Highlands High School and Texas A&M University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture. After college, he practiced architecture for nine years while serving as a volunteer leader with Young Life. Nick married Melissa in 1992 and joined the Young Life staff in 1994. Nick served as an area director for nine years, a regional director for thirteen years, and finally as senior vice president for five years.

    In January 2021, Nick became an Associate Area Director with Search Dallas, and in April 2022, he became the Area Director. Nick and Melissa have three children, Allie, Peter and Michael.

  • David Morgan

    Associate Area Director – Dallas & Associate Director of Staff Training

    David joined Search staff in October 2020. David attended the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a BS in Physical Education. After 16 years of teaching Spanish and coaching basketball, he worked for Young Life for another 16 years. He went on to attend Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating with a master’s in biblical and theological studies.

    David has been married to Carol for 36 years and has three adult children (Austen, Andi, and Abbie) who are all married. David and Carol were blessed to add their first grandchild, Calvin, in March of 2023. David loves all things outdoors, but most of all, golf and riding his bike.

  • Rick Mumford

    Area Director – Kansas City

    Rick Mumford and his wife, Amy, have three adult sons and live in Overland Park. For 35 years, Rick has been introducing people to Jesus and helping them grow in their faith through various church and parachurch ministries in California, France, Colorado, Missouri, and Kansas.

    He is the author of Mack & Jesus, a book about life for anyone who has been impacted by death. Rick loves long walks on the beach, the Kansas City Chiefs, and having authentic conversations about the big questions of God and life over a cup of espresso. However, he does not even pretend to play golf.

  • Holly Worsley

    Director of New Staff Development

    Holly graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a double major in Journalism and Speech Communications. Her master’s is from Fuller Seminary.

    Holly began her ministry career on Young Life staff in her twenties. She and her husband Bill have had the adventure of being an integral part of four church plants over 35 years where Holly served in pastoral and teaching roles.

    Bill and Holly have been married for 32 years and live in Davidson, NC. They are parents to four adult children: Hollins (Matt), Will (Emily), Campbell, and Dillon. In her spare time, Holly enjoys any adventure with Bill, her growing family, and good friends.
